Phone call sessions & phone/voice message subscription options are designed for clients who desire a more flexible, accommodating option that better fits their current season of life. They are ideal for answering questions, offering accountability, or troubleshooting barriers that arise between coaching sessions, or as "maintenance support" if full sessions are no longer needed/desired. Though flexible and accommodating, every interaction is purposefully guided to leave you feeling grounded and mentally refreshed.
NOTE: At least one initial 50-60 minute session is recommended (either virtual or phone call) to discuss your needs in-depth before transitioning to phone/voice message subscription support options.
